Our Services
Aspen Mental Health offers a range of mental health services to support individuals and families through life’s challenges. From therapy for children and teens to skill-building and adult counseling, our services are designed to foster resilience, confidence, and healthy relationships. We work collaboratively with clients to provide compassionate, effective care.
Children and Adolescents
Child and adolescent therapy provides a safe, supportive space for young people to express emotions, develop coping skills, and work through emotional or behavioral challenges. Treatment is tailored to their developmental needs and often includes collaboration with families to support growth and wellbeing.
Adults
Adult therapy offers a confidential and supportive environment for individuals to explore concerns, build healthier coping strategies, and improve emotional well-being. Sessions focus on personal goals, helping clients navigate life stressors, relationships, and mental health challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) provide structured, skills-focused support to help clients and families manage challenging behaviors and improve daily functioning. Services are individualized, goal-oriented, and designed to build practical tools that strengthen emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving in everyday settings.
