1. Services We Provide
Aspen Mental Health Services offers counseling and therapy services for individuals, couples, teens, and children in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to:
Individual therapy for adults
Marriage & relationship counseling
Teen counseling
Child counseling, including play therapy
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, and play therapy.
2. Client Relationship
No Guarantee of Outcomes: Therapy is a collaborative process, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Each client’s progress is unique.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to request services for yourself. Parents or legal guardians must consent for clients under 18.
Not Emergency Care: Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
Communication: We may send appointment confirmations and reminders by email, phone, or text (with your consent).
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We may accept insurance, self-pay, or other forms of payment as communicated during intake.
You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or fees not covered by insurance.
